At Ebike Solution, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original condition with the odometer reading under 10 miles to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all chargers, keys, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

    Schedule a Pickup

    Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a professional freight pickup for large e-bike shipments.

    Inspection and Refund

    After our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
