What is the average range I can expect from an Ebike Solution model?
Most of our models offer a range between 40 to 70 miles per charge, depending on the terrain, rider weight, and the level of pedal assist used.
How long does shipping take for a new electric bike?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Due to the size and battery safety regulations, ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days within the continental US.
Do the bikes come pre-assembled?
Our bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and a detailed video guide in the box.
What kind of warranty do you offer on the battery and motor?
Every Ebike Solution purchase includes a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and frame against manufacturing defects.
Can I return my bike if I am not satisfied with the performance?
Yes, we offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes with more than 10 miles on the odometer.
Are your electric bikes waterproof for riding in the rain?
Our bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or storing the bike outdoors in heavy downpours.
